Many fantastic events and fiestas to enjoy this weekend including Tapas Routes and Menus Weeks, Late Night Shopping, Andalusian Market, the annual Cherry Festival, Moors and Christians Parades, and two Mascleta displays in Alicante, for the Internationally famous San Juan Hogueras Fiesta.

EuroTourGuide has 3 Coach Tours to the excellent Alicante Hogueras Fiesta! On Friday 21st we will be enjoying the Ninots in the streets in the morning and the Mascletas in the afternoon. On Sunday 23rd we will visit in the evening, so you can view the Ninots by night and also be entertained by the International Folk Parade. On Friday 28th spend a lovely evening in Alicante topped off with the Beach Firework display at midnight. There are just 5 rooms left for our 3 night coach tour Madrid, the capital of Spain, in September and we have just added the Virgen del Carmen Fiesta with beach fireworks in Santa Pola on the 16th July. Costa Blanca South

The Prawn and Red Pepper Menus finish in Guardamar del Segura on Sunday, and the 15th Anem Tapas Route finishes on Saturday in Monover. There will be Late Night Shopping in Almoradi on Saturday evening until midnight, and the Christians Parade on Saturday and the Moors on Sunday in Elda. The San Juan Fiesta continues in Catral with the Chupinazo on Saturday, and in Alicante it is the 2nd weekend of Mascletas, as well as the Parade of the Ninot on Saturday night.

Costa Blanca North

The Moors and Christians Fiesta starts this weekend in Moraira with the Medieval Andalusi Market, the Grand International Music Festival and the Presentation of the Standards. The Rice Menus finish in Villajoyosa on Sunday, and the Paraula Fair with its gastronomy and wine theme, can be enjoyed in Ondara on Saturday. The annual Cherry Festival will take place on Saturday and Sunday in Benissili near Pego, where there will be a Cherry Stone Spitting Contest on Sunday!

The Exquisita Tapas Route starts in the city of Murcia on Friday, with 29 establishments offering an ‘Exquisite’ Tapa and Estrella Levate Beer for 3,50€. The programme of Free Guided Visits at the weekend continues throughout the Region of Murcia.
