The Easter Parades in Mula are great to enjoy if you are local to the town, but the Tambores is well worth travelling to. This year, 2018, the Tamborada will start at midnight on the evening of Tuesday the 27th March and continue for as long as they can. The Tamborada is basically a very, very big drum party which has been declared as being of National Tourist Interest.
There will be daily processions in Murcia city for this years Easter celebrations from Viernes de Dolores on Friday 23rd March until Domingo de Resurraccion, Easter Sunday on the 1st April 2018. The festival has been declared as being of International Tourist Interest, so is well worth going to see.
The Easter Parades in Moratalla are well worth seeing if you are very local to the town. The parades start on Friday 23rd March and continue almost daily until Easter Sunday on the 1st April 2018. The Tambores, drumming days, take place on Thursday 29th, Friday 30th and Sunday 1st, these along with the processions have been declared as being of Regional Tourist Interest.
The Easter Parades in Caravaca de la Cruz are great to enjoy if you are local to the town. The parades start on Palm Sunday the 25th March and continue almost daily until Good Friday on the 30th March, there is no procession on Easter Sunday in Caravaca de la Cruz.
